As a company, we believe in progress and understand that to achieve it, especially in the right of way and pipeline industry, it is essential to have programs in place that allow us to continue to grow and lead. At Lanracorp, we take it a step further by not only creating safety programs for our crew and staff but also implementing our Lanracorp Green initiative, which encourages a sustainable environment.

Our safety and environmental programs aim to create a culture that cares, and our crew is passionate about positively impacting the environment where we work and live.

Our Safety Programs

We take safety very seriously in our business. In fact, we are the safety leader in our industry. It’s crucial for us to have effective safety programs and protocols to guarantee the quality of our work and the safety of our team when working in the field. We’re committed to actively mitigating hazards. As a result, our focus and success in safety has not only been on our advanced procedures and policies but also on our culture. In order for your safety policies to be effective, you must have full buy-in at all levels of the organization. This means you need a culture, and that is where Lanracorp excels. Our safety stands out, and we lead this industry for a reason.

Our Innovate 4 Safety initiative aims to remove employees from the direct line of fire using innovative equipment and updated processes and best practices. We focus on constantly evaluating everything we do and see if it can be done better and safer. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean that’s the best way to do it. With the constant innovation in equipment, there are multiple opportunities to improve.

Our program also offers regular training courses through The Better Contractor, inviting feedback on new and innovative equipment and promoting accountability among team members. We believe that involving everyone in our safety efforts can create a safer and more productive work environment for all.

Our Environmental Initiative

We are not only dedicated to safety but also to the environment and sustainability. We understand our industry and our scope of work. Thus, as part of our efforts to give back, we have implemented the Lanracorp Green program. Through this program, we give to the Plant-A-Tree Program, which enables individuals and organizations to donate funds directly to the Forest Service for tree planting in National Forests throughout the United States. Plant-A-Tree focuses on areas with the most significant restoration needs, and we are proud to support their worthwhile cause.
